Description
This is a truly versatile sauce that can be used as a covering for pulled pork to a dipping sauce for pork chops. I even use it as a substitute for traditional bbq sauce when making chicken quarters, add the last 10 minutes and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Yellow mustard
1/4 cup Brown/spicy mustard
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup brown sugar
1 clove garlic
splash of Worcestershire
splash of liquid smoke
1/2–1 tablespoon red pepper (to taste)
Salt + pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a small blender and combine. Make sure the garlic has been completely mixed into the sauce.
