Description
A great all-around green dipping sauce. Roasted poblanos are combined with cilantro and garlic to create a light and fresh flavor. Used primarily with pork chops, but can serve as a salad dressing as well!

Ingredients
1 Large Poblano (roasted)
1/2 White Onion
1 tbsp Crawford’s Season All
1 Clove of Garlic
1/4 Cup of Cilantro
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Instructions
Roast poblano and remove skin and stem.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth. About 2 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
